Terms of Service
Last updated: June 30, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Rad Intel (the “Service”), operated by Little Star Media, Inc. (“Rad Intel”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Rad Intel is a multi-source marketing and analytics intelligence platform. It connects accounts you authorize, consolidates their data, and provides dashboards, anomaly detection, and AI-assisted recommendations. Features may change over time as we improve the Service.
2. Accounts and eligibility
- You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.
- You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account credentials secure.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and workspace.
- Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Subscriptions, billing, and trials
Parts of the Service may be offered on a paid subscription basis. Where they apply:
- Fees, billing frequency, and plan features are described at the point of purchase. Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider; by subscribing you also agree to their terms.
- Paid subscriptions renew automatically for the same period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- You can cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the current paid period. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable.
- Free trials, if offered, convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless cancelled.
- Fees are exclusive of taxes, which you are responsible for where applicable.
- We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice; changes apply to the next billing period.
4. Connected third-party services
The Service lets you connect third-party accounts. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies, and you are responsible for complying with them and for any data you authorize us to access. We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or changes they make to their APIs. You may disconnect any integration at any time.
5. AI-assisted insights and automated actions
This is important, so please read it carefully.
- Insights, anomaly alerts, and recommendations are generated with the help of automated systems and artificial intelligence. They are provided for informational purposes only and may be incomplete or inaccurate. They are not professional, financial, legal, or marketing advice.
- Where the Service can take actions on a connected account on your behalf (for example, changing an advertising campaign), those actions are tools that act on your instruction. You are solely responsible for reviewing, authorizing, and monitoring any change made through the Service, including its effect on advertising spend and business outcomes.
- You should independently verify recommendations before relying on them. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made or actions taken based on Service output.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful, infringing, or harmful purpose, or to access data you are not authorized to access.
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
- Resell, sublicense, or scrape the Service except as expressly permitted.
- Use the Service to violate the terms of any connected third-party service.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and content we provide, is owned by us and our licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. You retain all rights to the data you provide or connect (“Your Data”), and you grant us the limited rights needed to operate and provide the Service to you.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (such as ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any insight or recommendation will produce particular results.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service, Your Data, or your violation of these Terms or the rights of any third party.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located there, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the “Last updated” date. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
