Privacy Policy

Rad Intel (“Rad Intel”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is a marketing and analytics intelligence platform operated by Little Star Media, Inc.. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to the Rad Intel application and related services (the “Service”).

By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide

• Account information — your name, email address, workspace name, and a securely hashed password (we never store your password in plain text).
• Workspace content — settings, business context, notes, and other information you enter into the Service.
• Connected-service credentials — access tokens and keys you provide to connect third-party accounts. These are encrypted at rest and used only to retrieve the data you ask us to show.

Information from services you connect

When you authorize a connection, we retrieve data from third-party services on your behalf to power the dashboard and recommendations. Depending on what you connect, this may include advertising, analytics, search, email, social, and infrastructure-cost data. We access only the scopes you grant and only the data needed to provide the features you use.

Information collected automatically

• Usage and log data — actions taken in the app, timestamps, and error diagnostics.
• Device and connection data — IP address, browser type, and similar technical details.
• Cookies — we use a single signed session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

2. How we use information

• To provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
• To retrieve and display data from the accounts you connect.
• To generate insights, anomaly alerts, and recommendations.
• To authenticate you and keep your account secure.
• To communicate with you about your account, including transactional email.
• To monitor, debug, and improve the Service.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

3. Google and YouTube user data

When you connect a Google account, Rad Intel accesses Google services — which may include Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and YouTube — only with the scopes you authorize, and only to provide the features you request within the app.

Rad Intel’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:

• We use Google user data solely to provide and improve the features you request.
• We do not use Google user data for advertising purposes.
• We do not sell Google user data, and we do not transfer it to others except as needed to provide the Service, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition.
• We do not allow humans to read your Google user data unless we have your consent, it is necessary for security or to comply with law, or the data has been aggregated and anonymized.

Rad Intel’s use of information received from YouTube APIs is additionally subject to the YouTube Terms of Service. By connecting a YouTube channel you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. For more information about how Google handles your data, see the Google Privacy Policy.

You can revoke Rad Intel’s access at any time from your account settings, or directly through your Google account permissions.

4. AI processing

Some features use a third-party large-language-model provider to analyze your connected data and generate insights and recommendations. We send only the data needed to produce the requested output. Data sent for this processing is governed by the provider’s commercial terms, under which it is not used to train their models. AI-generated insights are advisory only — see our Terms of Service.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these limited cases:

• Service providers that help us operate the Service, under contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations. These currently include cloud hosting and email delivery (Amazon Web Services), an AI processing provider (Anthropic), and, for paid plans, payment processing (Stripe).
• Legal and safety — when required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of users or the public.
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will continue to protect your information consistent with this policy.
• With your consent — when you direct us to share information.

The third-party services you connect (such as your advertising, analytics, email, and social accounts) are controlled by their respective providers and governed by their own privacy policies.

6. Data retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. When you delete your account, we delete or de-identify your personal information within a reasonable period, except where we must retain it to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements. You can disconnect any integration at any time, which stops further data retrieval from that service.

7. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information, including encryption in transit and encryption of sensitive credentials at rest, access controls, and isolation of each workspace’s data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. You can exercise many of these directly in the app (updating account details, disconnecting integrations, or deleting your account), or by contacting us using the details on our Contact page. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

9. International data transfers

We operate in the United States, and your information may be processed there or in other countries where our service providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

10. Children’s privacy

The Service is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the “Last updated” date. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email.
